We’re recruiting for a Senior Construction Project Manager!

Following the successful delivery of our Bus Station development in Whitehaven, we are now moving onto other sites within our owned pipeline, and to deliver on our goals we need you to join our team and help us deliver these aspirational developments.

This is a full time role (35 hours per week). Based at Westlakes Science Park and will require travel to our other sites in West Cumbria. You may on occassion be required to respond to deal with out of hours requests which may involve working unsociable hours.
Successful candidates can expect a salary of £40k – £50k per annum pro-rota (negotiable depending on experience), together with a competitive benefits packages – including healthcare, generous pension contributions, lots of holidays, time off for volunteering and your birthday.
