I love problem solving and the variety of the role. Knowing that I am helping tenants to work in a healthy atmosphere and ensuring all aspects are carried out in an environmentally friendly manner. By carrying out the day-to-day management and operations of the building’s infrastructure; incorporating health & safety and building maintenance. I ensure the buildings are legally compliant and an appealing place of work; enabling a positive experience for the tenants and an attractive proposition for existing tenants looking to expand and potential new tenants.
