Eco-Workshops

This rural business park, uniquely located near Keswick, targets small entrepreneurial and start-up businesses, the existing 23 small workshop units are always fully occupied.

We have additional land at the site and have commissioned IDK Architects to explore the development potential of this land.

The proposal is to develop an additional 16 No 500 sqft eco studio workshops, plus common plant room and amenity unit.

The units will encompass solar panels, a common ground or air source heating system, low carbon construction methods and have been designed to maximise natural light and their southerly aspect roof elevations.
