About Andrea Bragg
Andrea originally joined BEC as a Facilities Services Officer where she gained excellent knowledge of our let estate portfolio. Andrea transferred to our Finance Team in 2022 to lead the implementation of our Property Management Information System, Re-Leased. This one-stop solution allows us to keep relevant information about our buildings and enables us to meet our tenants’ needs more efficiently. Andrea maintains the Re-Leased property management system and manages all aspects of our properties and tenants’ services from rent invoices to leaking taps and everything in between!
Why BEC?
I enjoy working as part of a supportive team and my role enables me to work on different aspects of the business. I enjoy a role with variety and as a problem solver, I love to immerse myself in a project to get to the root of a problem and identify processes to resolve and prevent future issues.
