After being in education 32 years- wanted a change. Making a difference working with students and families, wanting to continue making a difference, in a different way.
Wanted to work within a company with a difference. I came to learn BEC was a very forward-thinking company, the difference they were making in the community was something I noticed straight-away. Streets ahead of other organisations.
Why BEC?
Strength in the teamwork, been made clear there is support behind everyone with the work. A very “human” company, people orientated. Biggest motivator is knowing you have made a difference, big or small. Enjoying work is the most important part. Everyone shows a clear passion in each of their roles.
