Festive Fundraiser – a visit from Howgill Family Centre

As we enter the closing days of January we were proud to hand over a cheque from our Festive Fundraiser to the hard working folks at Howgill Family Centre.

The Centre provides education, skills, health, and social care services for children and their families across Copeland and West Cumbria. From practical support to therapeutic intervention, Howgill is here to help our community.

Andrea Hardie-Knight, Chief Executive of Howgill Family Centre, and Tracey Newbold, Early Help Support Worker popped in to BEC HQ to receive the funds we raised for them from Adam Phillips,,  Community & Energy Officer, and Paula Mewse, Executive Assistant. We are thrilled we have been able to support this great cause.
