Andrea joined our Facilities team in July 2015 gaining significant building management experience across our property portfolio. Andrea took up the role of Facilities Coordinator in August 2021 and now leads our in-house facilities team.  Andrea makes sure our properties kept safe and secure and our grounds are maintained.  Andrea and her team of Facilities Services Officers are responsible for 15 buildings in West Cumbria and ensure our undeveloped sites are looked after too.  Andrea is passionate about making sure our customers, tenants and visitors needs are met and can be counted on to get the job done.
