The Bus Station features around 7,700 sqft comprising offices, co-working zones, meeting rooms, and on-site amenities:

Flexible spaces: hot desks, co-working desks, 4-10 desk offices, and meeting rooms available for entrepreneurs at different stages.
Event Space: modern accessible ground floor event space with multiple displays, suitable for up to 30 and includes a private entrance
Support services: mentoring, business coaching, guidance on funding readiness, and access to banking expertise from Barclays.
Entrepreneurial ecosystem: curated events, monthly virtual meet-ups (e.g. Cumbria Connection Calls), drop-in clinics, and cyber‑security seminars for local founders and business owners.
